- The Dems find an outsider that they can trust to keep their word
- The outsider is probably a Republican that has worked well with the Dems in the past
- The Dems find a handful of Republicans that can support the outsider
- That outsider gets elected and pisses off 90% of the Republicans
- The outsider is Liz Cheney
