Georgia judge approves Oct 23 trial date for Ken Chesebro, Trump’s co-defendant in Fulton County
Order from judge specifies the expedited time frame does NOT apply to other defendants in case

Ken Chesebro, co-defendant in the #TrumpGeorgia case thought he was a smarty pants and asked for a speedy trial. this was clearly a move to press the DA and cause problems,.... But Fani Willis has her shit together and said "Okay smart ass, you wanna go, let's go, October 23rd"
And the Judge just approved the trial date for Ken Chesebro.
This does NOT effect ANY of the other defendants, so Ken Chesebro's case will be 'severed' from the others and he will be tried separately.

The downside is that all evidence brought during this trial can be viewed by later defendants so that they can plan better arguments for their trials.
