Another Ukrainian unit has arrived at the scene of the Mailed Fist.
25th ABN previously seen on the Eastern front near Kreminna. Like the recently arrived 93rd Mech brigade (last at Bakhmut) this is another hard fighting veteran unit.
The speed with which those two brigades disengaged from their previous areas and re-appeared on the Southern front is impressive, even by US Army standards. Not something that Russian can match.

@Render
I think they are still probing for softness in the front lines.
When they are breaking through aggressively they can use the reserves to shore up their flanks as they penetrate. They may need to do so quickly as the R's defenses could fall catastrophically like in the Kharkiv offensive.
Attacking aligned to the trenchlines is probably a lot easier. It just opens up a lot of new front line to support.
@jurban The probing never stops, all along both fronts. Especially on the known boundaries between Russian units.
