Production has begun!
After thinking about it for 8 years, then designing it for another year, I finally started to print the cornices for the columns in our guest bedroom. The panel below will take almost 18 hrs to print. I've got 4 of them to make. And, each column has another 2 sides I'm still configuring. So, I'll be running the printer for well over 100 hours.
@jurban I obviously cannot see the whole model from that image, but I'm kind of curious why you chose to print in that orientation. My first instinct would be to stand it up on what looks like that flat base to minimize the layer stepping on the ornate detail.

I'm actually going to be forced to do that with the other sides. They exceed the build-plate's capacity.
I'm going to assess the surface quality after this print and that will determine if I stand it up.
I do think that the waves/ripples will print better in this orientation, but that might not justify compromising everything else.

This is the leaf I'll be printing and gluing to the corners. There are 7 variations on this leaf on the design.
