I think @th3j35t3r is going to have to seriously consider establishing a team to run COSO.

If he gets hit by a bus, this place is kaput.

I also think that there is room to build a collaboration environment for people to managed the site collectively. Think of it as real time Wikipedia, but for customer support, dispute resolution, and product management.

Development and sys-ops will still need to be a dedicated person/group.

@jurban @th3j35t3r hopefully enough people opt for the Pro account, this would enable the hiring to occur, presumably?

That would be a route to take.
But, this is an unusual organization.
J is quite private.
Yet, maintaining privacy without compromising on operational excellence is possible. Just really hard and requires innovation.
