Gupdate:

(map of Russian units in Kherson City courtesy of WarMonitor3)

Assuming this map is accurate than the Russians have pulled their Kherson bridge head command post back inside of the city.

Apparently after 16 or 17 previous failures (I lost count at 15) they've figured out that the airport probably isn't the best place for an HQ.

Note the equipment gathering points on the river bank. That's a sure and certain sign of an army that is leaving, very soon.

DefMon's map is in agreement on the Russian Kherson HQ location, so probably accurate.

Expect HIMARS momentarily...

Circling back update: Kherson.

Note the location of the southern equipment gathering point/repair location (left pic).

Right pic - This collection of barges, barges with cranes, small ships, and at least one yacht began growing about 4-5 days ago on the opposite side of the river from that southern collection point.

...

This leads me to believe that the Russian final evacuation from the Kherson bridge head will be in two stages. With the southern sector south of the Inhulets river leaving first.

Evacuating the northern section of the bridgehead, with all of the Russian airborne units crammed in there, over what's left of the dam bridge, is very likely to be a surrealistic nightmare of a type not seen since WW2.
