There are persistent reports that the Russians, or a large convoy of them, or several large convoys of them are retreating from Melitopol on the southern front into Crimea. (main source for this one is the mayor of Melitopol).

Reports of whole unit Russian surrenders in the Kherson bridge head are also growing legs. (multiple sources, but none confirmable, yet)

If the southern front collapses before the Kherson bridge head does than every Russian remaining in that bridge head is doomed.
