They're very, very upset with HIMARS (all 4 of them).
The satellites in question belong to Space-X and the US DoD. Russia doesn't anything that can reach them.
A significant chunk of Russia's offensive cyber capability has been directed at Space-X over the last few months. So far Space-X is winning.
2nd part of a two part strike on the Kherson Bridgehead.
1st volley of HIMARS hit the combined HQ of the Russian 49th Combined Arms Army. Casualties unknown but already reported to be very high, including a number of civilians.
2nd volley (seen below) hit the primary ammo depot for the entire Russian bridgehead force.

"...on Friday, Iryna Vereshchuk, Ukraine's deputy prime minister, called on residents to evacuate the Kherson region.
"I urge you to evacuate as soon as possible, by all means. Don't wait," Vereshchuk said.
"People must look for an opportunity to leave because our Armed Forces will de-occupy. There will be huge battles," she said.
