You should know only 5 of your passwords.
Your home computer login.
Your work computer login.
Your phone unlock pin/password.
Your primary email.
Your password manager.
All others should be randomly generated by your password manager.
the computer/phone logins are required because you can't use a password manager without unlocking them 1st
Primary email because you MAY need it to unlock your other stuff when you don't have access to a password manager.
