The data is out there, but hardly in a format that Google Maps can consume.
This has been a long effort for a novice programmer to automate the data-pull, format the SQL (crosstabs), export the data (scheduled task), manually calculate the concentrations using population data in Excel, formatting the results in Excel to build the JSON, and finally getting the javascript to read it into Google Maps.
Ultimately this will be fully automated if I don't have a nervous breakdown!

Nice didn't know the data was out there in geocodable format and google maps could classify the values. Used esri and haven't played with all googles tools. A rabbit hole for another night.
