Manager's mother died, sadness; however, the fucker has now been out of the office and canceling important meetings, like our annual contract and budget, then expects his senior staff to represent to executives what he can not do.

@jpbg not to sound harsh but... When it becomes a pattern of neglecting critical services to address personal (mom has been in the ground for over a month); for the previous 12 months he has deferred all major items to peer managers in other regions. The result of which my department is now at risk of being dissolved.
So, now I have to say to him, fix your life, don't fuck mine.😞
