@CarmenSlamdiego yes - because he was a moral philosopher - the first time he used the term 'invisible hand' was in his first book 'Toward a Theory of Moral Sentiments' :)
@johnverdon Adam Smith was actually a big fan of regulation. Called it out specifically as a need.
