@johnverdon it's not a trade off. it is just them paying their fair share. they're wealth has often been built at the expense of keeping labour cheap which means families continuing to live in poverty. 1% is a drop in the bucket that they're barely miss but which will mean opportunities, education, & basic needs are met for millions of children living in poverty.
