Trump said yesterday that he can’t be accused of fraud because in all his financial statements there is a buyer beware clause - a disclaimer that warns the reader that they should not believe anything in them!
@johnldeboer: When I saw that part of the transcript, where he was informed him that those clauses didn't work like that or in his particular case, he simply refused to hear it.
@johnldeboer Didn't his counsel get sanctioned for making that argument after it was rejected by the court?
