@mcfate All it takes is one juror to hang a jury.
Sure, that's why everyone indicted in connection with J6 to date has been convicted.
A hung jury just gets you a retrial.
You seem to enjoy imagining that things work out for the worst for some reason. Is there a benefit to that and I'm just not seeing it somehow?
@mcfate I’m hardly enjoying it! But I’ve seen Trump escape accountability too often to predict he’ll finally get what he deserves. Nothing wrong with hoping for the best though, And I’m in that camp.
For someone who hopes for the best, you're devoting a lot of energy to the worst, and apparently wanting others to expect the worst, too.
I'm someone who waits to see what happens and reacts — perhaps — to THAT, not to things I'm just imagining in my head.
@johnldeboer
It only has to "matter" to 12 jurors. All the whataboutism in the world is immaterial in court.
Also, it's an abject fallacy, I don't have to entertain that. It's nonsense.
"Yeah, Trump is corrupt as hell. If Menendez or Biden ever get convicted of something, lock 'em up."
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
