The super PAC is just one example of the nominally Democratic candidate running a campaign that's awash in support from backers of Donald Trump

NOBODY is that stupid. LOTS of people are named "Kennedy" and anyone who'd be awed now must be in their eighties.
Okay, REPUBLICANS are stupid enough to fall for that sort of thinking, but I'm very skeptical any appreciable number of actual Democrats are.
You can see why Trump's team would groom this guy. The Kennedy name will likely siphon off some Biden support from Democrats who don't spend a lot of time online.
And if Trump needs a boost closer to election time, he can name this anti-vax wingnut as his VP and claim he's uniting the country politically.
