@jjmacnab If the New York case convicts first, and #TFG no longer has a clean rap sheet, what difference, if any, might that make to the sentencing for the Mar-a-lago indictment?

@stueytheround I don't think it'll matter because judgment wasn't final (he hasn't been convicted and sentenced) in the NY criminal before this case commenced.
