Happy Valentine's Day, all.
We don't do overpriced roses, stale chocolates, or dinner out in my house on 2/14.
Instead, I've got a pork shoulder roast smothered with grainy mustard, garlic, rosemary, and olive oil slow-roasting in the oven.
