Question: if you needed a casserole-type dish that is relatively easy to throw together in a kitchen with few pre-fabbed ingredients (canned soups, for example) available, what would you make? Bonus points for low to no meat.

@CosDrift This is one of my go-tos - no meat, but warm and hearty. I double it, for our family of 3. It usually goes quickly, but on the off-chance that there's leftovers they reheat well. https://www.theironyou.com/2015/09/creamy-caprese-cauliflower-casserole.html
@CosDrift At the risk of offering another non-casserole (but still one pan and very easy), this is one of my absolute faves. It's got faux meat, and even the meat-eaters in my house love it. https://jenneviere.notion.site/Easy-One-Skillet-Stroganoff-a60b317d8ff44685bb0c149fc8045c25
@CosDrift My sincere pleasure. One of my favourite things about being a #KitchenWitch is sharing recipes and food with others. <3
@jenneviere Agreed. ❤️
@jenneviere You know, even if it may not work for this specific occasion, it's absolutely something that would go over well in my house and I'm adding it to my list. Thanks so much!
