Seriously. There are younger kids who start puberty earlier ( periods ) and parents are not always good at explaining. They won't even realize they are ripe for pregnancy.

We had a pregnant 13 year old at the school I taught at in the 80s. 😐 most likely she was not aware.

Wrong on so many levels.
