how do you undo gerrymandering? i know it's state by state. but is it the gov? the state house? who can undo the gerrymandering of districts? & how long does that take? what does it take?
b/c it seems there are some d victories that could undo this shit, in time for the next election, yes?

@singlemaltgirl look at the current gerrymandering maps and see if it disenfranchises minority voting areas. Say for example if minority areas are linked to predominately white areas whose population greatly overwhelms them then issue a legal challenge in the courts. That's how NC did it.
