@see_the_sus me too! Shade and moving slow helps a lot. Someone once told me to drink a hot drink to cool off, but I think they just wanted me dead.

My former mother-in-law swore by drinking hot coffee in the summer, that it cooled her down. I’ve tried it, (mainly caused a hot espresso drink is cheaper than iced), but haven’t noticed a difference.
Also doesn’t seem to make the damn hot flashes I’m experiencing cool down any. 😖
