Have you noticed that some of the side effects of new medications are worse than the problem? I canβt see myself ever taking something that can cause death as a side effect π¬ π

@BarkingSquirrel What's the comic about the patient who can get a cure for a fatal disease but when they learn it causes temporary ED they tell their family they're gonna die?
Which one? I bet there's a lot more to it.
@Agatha There are numerous drugs with dangerous side effects. Lots of commercials for them on TV.
So that goes back to my comment - if one person gets 24 hrs of hiccups during the trial, they don't know if the med caused it, but they have to list "may cause excessive hiccups".
@Agatha Iβm only referring to serious side effects.
@jackge I think one of the new sleep medicines can cause you to commit murder, but you wonβt remember!
