I'm watching the MSNBC panel analysis of the SCOTUS arguments on tfg's Colorado ballot eligibility, and I can say, without fear of trivializing the gravity of the moment, that this panel is orders of magnitude more thoughtful and deliberate than the nine Justice, penny puffery that was proffered as judicial guidance.
I know, right? We've always had a mix of people on #SCOTUS, but with the current group... isn't just a difference in political parties- they don't seem to be experienced, learned or engaged. It's like they're ad-libbing their own opinions instead of the law.
