One thing about where I work, in the industry I work in, is the insanely stupid amount of mediocre tinned cookies we get every December from vendors.
@ianthealy You know the cookies suck when the only thing good is reusing the tin for storage.
@ianthealy I worked in government for years and used to be jealous of businesses that received lots of holiday gifts until I switched jobs and realized how awful most of the gifted cookies and chocolates were.
(Unpopular opinion: I have always really liked the cookies in the sewing notions tin.)
