I watched the original dirty Harry last night. Now stay with me for a minute because I know many of you are not Clint fans. Andrew Robinson played Scorpio. When I went to read about it, there was a sentence or two saying that he was stalked with death threats after the movie came out because people saw him as a real murderer. Crazy has never been zero, it’s just too large a number these days. PS I guess I will always be into cars because half of watching that movie was seeing the old ones. 😂
@MidnightRider I've never met him. I've seen him in countless TV interviews, and more recently, I remember his performance as Garak in Deep Space Nine. He's been in so many TV series over the decades. He can play nice or evil. An amazing character!
@homebird I’ll say his performance in that movie is nothing short of riveting. I never saw him on the Star Trek series, but there was a note in there that said people loved his performances, I guess he is also written some excellent scripts.
@MidnightRider He wrote a book recently about his experiences on DS9. I remember him in things like Marcus Welby, The Dukes of Hazzard, the A-Team and so on. And he was in Childs Play. One of his gifts is to portray evil but also caring and soft. Not many can pull off all the roles he has done. A very underated actor imo.
@homebird People are so strange. My mom worked in the county health services. She and a nurse used to put on a little skit in the grade schools. My mom was the germ lady and the nurse sort of like Glenda the good witch. My mom told me once after performance a little kid came up to her and said you are bad! Hahaha

@homebird I didn’t realize he acted after that. But I can’t imagine more of a travesty than doing such a good job in your role that people just consider you to be a mass murderer. I take it you have met the man then?
