@homebird For me, cutting sugar out works. I find restless legs come back if I have had too much sugar during the day- no cake :( but blueberries and yogurt instead… and sleep.
@ACG2 I haven't eaten anything with sugar in it for two years now. I check every label, on everything, and only eat natural food. Meat, veggies, and berries. So I really am trying it all!
