Morning all. I don't know about "Physio" helping but I am hurting all over today! It's got to help in the long run, though, right??? Getting colder. Maybe that's it too. Hope you all have a fab day! Don't let the turkeys grind you down - fly with the eagles! ❤️ and don't forget Winter prep. ❤️
@Mauve_matelot Yeah, I think the Fibromyalgia is exacerbating things somewhat. Making every pain feel more painful, and the pain is lasting longer. Gonna have to take it a bit more gently, I think.
@homebird based on my own experiences of physiotherapy and what my dad went through in the 90s, yes it hurts for at least 2 days
