It almost looks like what happens if you leave a tulpa/thoughtform lying around to collect detritus and go wonky, except in a body, underneath a lot of makeup.

there is a point, according to buddhist theory, when the bundles of various energies and tendencies break down and there is no longer what can be called a "person". tfg is experiencing that mode, imho.
