Morning!

I did my yoga last night while mindfully meditating; followed by my daily practice.

Instead of Focusing on exercise physically; you experience the sensations in your consciousness. It improves everything including endurance.
(It feels amazing)

Yesterday was cute with Roman. He is 13 mos and was doing these big breaths and enunciating HAAAA on the out breath.

I sat on the floor & encouraging those breaths and yes, this kid will grow up learning and using these tools. 🧘‍♀️🔆🙏✌️❤️
