I am contemplating what messages to deliver to MAGA Christian Nationalists tomorrow as they attempt to influence the town of Wake Forest NC regarding the scheduled Pride festivals on Oct 5th.

Seriously, if you can't come up with better, really kick-ass reasons why a Pride event should be ALLOWED for the betterment of small town cutlture,... come'on give me some good reasons!! Otherwise, I am on my own!
@Priestess Because the US Constitution allows it. It doesn’t matter if it betters the culture or not. Totally irrelevant. I can have a parade. Pride can have a parade. Owners of leashed cats can try to have a parade. Scouts can parade. Moms can parade. The klan can parade. Just bring your pocket Constitution and read from it at the meeting. And read your state statute. Don’t mention culture. And maybe call the ACLU and see if they’ll phone you in some assistance.
