What's stopping YOU from eating 40 rotisserie chickens over the span of 40 days?
In the modern day and age of grocery stores being readily accessible, anyone can walk in and buy rotisserie chickens. Why don't more people get to it? Is it a fear of being overwhelmed? Is it simply feeling out of the skill range? Well, guess what, y'all have what takes. Is it simply disinterest? That's fair.
i often like the eat the same thing day after day. i like comfort meals like chicken curry & rice. or soups that i love. i'll eat leftovers for days if it was a particularly good meal.
but rotisserie chickens are not those. they serve a purpose. when i'm starving & i'd like a hot meal, they work in a pinch. but would i choose to eat them day after day?
there are better things. & that's the crux of it, isn't it?
@hemiplegic
People overestimate the amount of meat we need per day. Check out CDC recommendations and you will be surprised.
What stops me: I don't need that much meat, I care about my health, and I try to limit my meat intake overall to reduce my impact on the planet.
All together leads to less money spent, healthier body and happier mind.
@hemiplegic Am I the only one to whom this makes no sense?
