I have to go be social …. Or at least sit in the same room with my Hubby and my Dad. They are wonderful … but my depression makes it a chore to be with other people. 🥹 Chat later.

@Knitpurrl I hope it goes well. I’m sorry you experience this. Depressed knows no rhythm or reason. It is it’s own entity and seems to know just how and when to sabotage us.
