TFG endorses mass police aggression against citizens. Or, alternatively (it's not clear) he may be calling for police to abandon the streets and turn them over to criminals. In either case, he's asking for "one really violent day," which is not something you want a person whose job is to take care that the laws be faithfully executed even to be thinking.
