I made this Mediterranean Orzo Salad for #dinner.

I threw in some mango too — and instead of basil, I used mint. Other than that, I pretty much followed the recipe —

Except — just as I was typing this, I realized I forgot to toss in the Feta! Well, that’s okay, because I served the salad with baguette slices with blue cheese.
