@InvaderGzim one of the good points of that western NY house is that it's right by Buffalo, & Tom's best friend lives in Buffalo, plus Tom's family is moving back to NY from CO because there is better access to therapy for Cole in NY.

@InvaderGzim i would prefer Syracuse area, or along the Hudson (but that's ridiculously expensive) because my 2 best friends are in Upper West Side & just south of Syracuse.
