Good morning CoSo family!
What do you do when you buy a large ham and swiss grinder (Sub sandwich for you non- New Englanders) for supper but don't get around to eating it?
You put a couple of eggs on it in the morning and have an awesome breakfast sandwich with your coffee, that's what you do.
Don't forget to add a little Old Bay seasoning.
