Microsoft's Recall has been...recalled?
Not exactly. But after weeks of withering privacy and security criticism of the AI-enabled silent recording feature in Windows, Microsoft now says it will be disabled by default when it rolls out later in June.

@fugitive247 *sigh* I'm glad that my current computer will likely be my last computer.
I feel like by the time my current machine is too obsolete to use, what is on offer will be so loaded with spy-stuff, commercialization, etc. that I won't feel comfortable using a computer at all.
