When people complain about corruption they automatically cast it onto the government but some of them are the same folks who'd be quick to cut lines, accept bribes, and exploit privileges to one-up others. It's in all levels and corrupt leaders are merely a symptom of their mindset.
@freyaluna Also, they don't even register the bald-face, open corruption that happens all the time.
When corporations and large wealthy donors give huge campaign donations and support, that's who the politicians who take them work for. All the Republicans and most Democrats take that money. They often even act like it's a good thing!
"We raised 20 million from Biggy McRichbukkks today for our campaign! We're gonna win!"
