I think a lot of those leaving Twitter just want to be able to Twitter without Elon, but there is opportunity here to have a completely different social media experience. Recognize that venting 24-7 and being angry kept you going back there and leave that part on that app. Take this as an invitation to find more balance and community. Don't be like the Parler people spending all their time posting about what the Twitter people are doing...
