Here is a basic economic problem: Trump and Co are too stupid about basic economics.
I mean REALLY stupid.
Think double digit inflation stupid. Think printing money stupid. Think letting the dollar become near worthless stupid.
The rich seldom suffer stupidity.
The rest of us always do.

And even if they fuck the economy up royally, they will *benefit* from the opportunities to consolidate power. As things break, they can buy them up.
