@feloneouscat: I wish this was new news, but it isn't. It surfaces every few years. New journalists and/or orgs and/or academics study and delve, and they find out the same thing:

Most plastic recycling is a con, and the "recyclers" are making billions, mostly in government contracts and tax credits.
