Gym stats.
So I am maintaining the gains that I reached this week, and I'm thinking I might bump it 5 or 10 lbs on my initial sets next week.
I'm actually surpassing on some machines where I was when I was riding high in May before I took injured.

@NiveusLepus cool, thanks. I use SmartGym atm, which is good for creating and tracking sets, but not that great on intelligent feedback which yours seems to provide. Cheers.
