Billie has always been a singer I've admired, and her story is a sad one, tragically. Several years ago, guitarist Joe Satriani covered a Billie song called 'Still Alone (All Alone)' that she'd written with her piano player, Max, at the time. It's such a mournful, moving piece, and really points up how sad Billie's life and career were.
