Duck a L'Orange? I made that one year, since I don't do turkey and all that stuff(ing).
I am doing a simple roasted duck with a cornbread and onion stuffing. The sides will be mashed sweet potatoes and braised Brussel sprouts ala Julia Childs.
I made a miscalculation as to the amount of sweet potatoes I bought and I’ll have left over sweet potatoes to last until Christmas 😁
