I’ve cut down on my meat consumption, mostly because of health, but also because of skyrocketing post pandemic costs.

Still, I grew up in Nebraska and love a good rare steak occasionally. Not looking like a good idea now.

So true. So unless you know a rancher who slaughters their own meat and doesn’t use antibiotics, don’t eat rare beef.
