Texas AG Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court today, saying Texas is contesting the election results in Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
This is Texas AG Ken Paxton's mug shot.
He is under indictment for 3 criminal charges. 2 counts of Securities Fraud (a 1st degree felony) and 1 count of failing to register with state securities regulators (a 3rd degree felony).
He is facing a prison term of 99 years.
I think Rachel is right: Ken Paxton is angling for a last minute pardon.
Would seem like it 100% right?
Yes, because the lawsuit itself is completely ludicrous. It’s not a Hail Mary, it’s downright embarrassing.
Yup. This was Trump’s play book back when he thought he’d lose in 2016. Or, should I say Putin’s playbook?

Pretty much every state with a tRump loving Governor joined the suit.
Yup, the "states rights" repubs showing their true colors. You're up late, what's going on with you? I just woke up, the wine must have worn off. 😅😅😅😅

It’s only 7:15 pm here in HI. I just got back from walking Lamb Chop. 😁

And to my embarrassment, my state is one of those joining this stupid lawsuit.
