Can bed bugs swim? What about cockroaches?
According to the Orkin commercial (meant to scare the pants off you), cockroaches can live for 30 minutes submerged in water. The ones in Hawaii can fly.
Iโll admit it: if I see a giant cockroach, Iโll scream like a 2 year old and have a panic attack. ๐

@evamarie @th3j35t3r While on a family vacation to the big island i was putting on my robe in the morning and this huge huge cock roach was on my shoulder I turned my head and looked into itโs face and I screamed and jumped and dance and my grandchildren after they knew I was ok were rolling on the ground laughing at their gran.

The ordinary roaches up north can enter the house climbing up through water pipes, but salt would be a problem.
