LIke comfort foods, I have comfort books. Regardless how many new books in the proverbial pile are waiting, sometimes I just have to crawl back into the pages of a book previously read. Doesn't even matter if the pages are loose from the binding after the years of many rereads. Some books I have read over ten times.

Anyone else guilty of this?

Of course I have comfort books, which get read over and over again:

1) The collected works of Jane Austen (minus Northanger Abby);

2) All the Harry Potter books (currently am re-reading and am in the middle of "The Half-Blood Prince") because we have Death Eaters in the WH;

2) Anything by Bill Bryson, from his travel books to his English language books, to "The Brief History of Almost Everything"...

Plus other books but I'm out of characters.
