The Court's not back in session till October, and it's highly doubtful they're going to wade into a decision like that a month before an election, not if they ever hope to be able to leave their homes without being in an armored vehicle.
They've got ENOUGH problems.
"Could potentially" is doing too much heavy lifting here, in my estimation.
